General Rules:

1. Teams participants must be set five (5) calendar days before the start of the match of the division. No substitutions of team members or alternate can be made after that day.
   
2. Team names must be unique. The League Director will notify the coach if their name has been used, and a new name can be picked
3. Participants can not be on more than one team.
4. All participants and coaches must have a signed waiver and release on file with the League five days before the start of the division.
5. The participant’s age will be determined as of the first match day of division (regardless if the team is involved or not on the first day).
6. The competition will be intense but friendly. Good sportsmanship is the order of the day.
7. Participants may not wear jewelry of any type in any event.
8. Participants, family, friends, spectators, and coaches may not smoke, drink alcohol, etc., at any time or location of the event.
9. Unruly behavior of any sort can be grounds for an individual participant to leave the facility – An Instructor, family, friends, spectators, and an entire school can be asked to leave any time the League Director or designee feels they do not properly represent the Spirit of the Martial Arts.
10. The League Director or designee reserves the right to change the rules of any division at any time in the interest of safety and fair competition.
11. The League Director or designee reserves the right to deny any competitor, spectator, or coach entrance to the event and remove any competitor, spectator, or coach from the event facilities.
12. Any participant showing disrespect to the tournament facility, officials, staff, competitors, spectators, etc., will be disqualified from all events and may be removed from the tournament facility.
